The University of Port Harcourt has officially announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 UNIPORT Post UTME Form registration exercise for candidates seeking admission into the institution. Candidates can also explore admission updates for all Schools in Nigeria.

According to the official advertisement released by the university, candidates who selected UNIPORT as their first choice institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 160 are eligible to apply.

Yes. The UNIPORT Post UTME screening form for the 2026/2027 academic session is officially out and registration has commenced.

The university advised all qualified candidates to complete their registration before the closing date as late applications will not be accepted.

Candidates who chose UNIPORT as their first choice institution in the 2026 UTME
Candidates who scored a minimum of 160 in JAMB
Candidates who are at least 16 years old by September 30, 2026
Candidates who possess or are awaiting the required O’Level results
Candidates who uploaded or are ready to upload their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS

Candidates who selected UNIPORT as second choice can also apply after changing the institution to first choice on the JAMB portal.

Click on the Post UTME application link
Input your UTME Registration Number and confirm your details
Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code
Pay the screening fee of ₦2,000 only using ATM card or at any bank via the Remita platform
Obtain a Remita receipt containing an Access Code
Return to the portal and log in using your UTME Registration Number and Access Code
Complete the online form correctly
Submit the application and print your registration slip

All eligible candidates applying for the UNIPORT Post UTME screening exercise are required to pay the non-refundable screening fee through the Remita payment platform approved by the university.

Candidates can make payment online using their ATM cards or generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and proceed to any commercial bank to complete the payment.

After successful payment, applicants are expected to return to the UNIPORT portal to complete their registration and print their screening registration slip.
