The Officer, Club Engagement will be responsible for coordinating and supporting student clubs and organizations. This role aims to promote vibrant campus life by ensuring student-led activities align with university policies and contribute positively to students’ leadership and personal development.
Applicants should have experience working with students, youth programs, or campus-based organizations.
Officer, Alumni
The Officer, Alumni will manage alumni relations by fostering strong, long-term relationships between the university and its graduates. Responsibilities include alumni database management, organizing alumni events, and supporting engagement initiatives that strengthen the university’s alumni network.
This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
Officer, Guidance & Counselling
The Officer, Guidance & Counselling will provide professional counselling and guidance services to students. The role supports students’ academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and career development, contributing to a supportive and inclusive campus environment.
Applicants should have relevant qualifications in counselling, psychology, or related disciplines, along with strong interpersonal skills.
