The management of African University of Science and Technology had officially announced the cut-off point for admission into the 2025/2026 academic year. African University of Science and Technology JAMB cut off point for admission is 150 and above. This was made known to the public through an internal memo that was signed by the University’s Registrar.
Among the requirements needed for admission into the AUST University, JAMB Cut-off point is one of the criteria all students must have. It is very easy to be admitted if someone has gotten the needed JAMB cut off point for the admission into the University to study a particular course.
AUST Departmental Cutoff Mark 2025/2026
Various departments in AUST do not really have a specific cut off mark for courses. Candidates who score at least 150 and above in JAMB will be considered for admission.
200 – 240 – Medicine and Nursing
150 and above – Mass Communication, Common Law, Pharmacy, Anatomy, Physiology
150 and above – Computer Science, English Language, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Geology, all Engineering courses except Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering.
150 – All other courses
However, candidates who have higher JAMB scores will have better chances of being admitted into the University of their Choice, while on the other hand, those who score lower Mark or below 150 might not likely be admitted. Summarily, it is the higher the score, the higher the chance of getting admission.
